Appointment of Secretary of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 5 May 2016, has agreed to appoint, after a favourable report from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, Daniel Ripley Soria as non-member Secretary of the Board of Directors.
