Our challenge: diversifying our activity
Ercros' activity is diversified into three businesses: the chlorine derivatives division, which has the greatest weight in the company's turnover; the intermediate chemicals division; and the pharmaceutical division.
One of the three pillars of Ercros' current strategic plan, Plan 3D, for the period 2021-2029, is to progress towards diversification of the activity in order to achieve a greater balance in the weight of each business and thus increase the stability of the overall profit.
