We collaborate in a sports event for the DANA victims
Ercros has collaborated in a charity championship of paddle tennis, aimed to obtain money to help those affected by the DANA in Valencia. Around 600 people participated in the competition and over 18,300 euros were raised.
More than 1,100 students participate in a solidarity race sponsored by Ercros
Ercros has sponsored the 10th edition of the solidarity race organized by the Forat del Vent institute in Cerdanyola (Barcelona). More than 1,100 students and teachers from three institutes and four schools in the town participated in it, and all of them have contributed a kilo of food that has been allocated to the Food Bank managed by Cáritas Cerdanyola.
The CIT gives long-service awards to 5 people
The CIT gave long-service awards to the five people who in 2024 have completed 25 or 30 years of seniority in the company.
Ercros collaborates with the Aranjuez rhythmic gymnastics club
Ercros has initiated a partnership with the Aranjuez Rhythmic Gymnastics Club through the purchase of sports equipment for its gymnasts. The club, comprising around 120 girls aged between 4 and 20 and led by former local gymnasts, stands out for its participation in the Community of Madrid league and national competitions, while promoting values such as inclusion, respect, and perseverance.
Ercros gives a year of bleach to the Breakfast and Welcome program
The Tarragona industrial complex of Ercros (CIT) has donated a year's free supply of bleach to the Breakfast and Welcome programme, through Caritas de Tarragona. This program offers breakfasts, hot meals, shower service and social care to people in vulnerable situations. This donation will facilitate the maintenance of clean and safe spaces.

The Joaquín Costa social group organizes a bowling championship
More than 30 family members and employees of the Joaquín Costa de Vila-seca II social group participated in the traditional Christmas bowling championship. Attendees spent a good afternoon playing, in a festive and relaxed atmosphere, without forgetting a certain competitive spirit that led the winners of each category to give everything to win the prize.
Three people from the corporation participate in the race against cancer
Three people participated this Sunday in the Marching Against Cancer race, within the framework of the Ercros Saludable program, in the Barcelona Forum area. The event was organized by the Association Against Cancer and the proceeds obtained were entirely allocated to research into this disease.
Motorcycle outing of the Vila-seca I business group
The bikers from the Vila-seca I factory group made an exit through El Priorat. The day started in Vila-seca, from there they went to Falset, capital of the region, and continued through Gratallops and Cabaces. After a route in which they stopped to enjoy a good lunch, the day concluded with a last stop in Alforja.
Corporation staff walks 8.5 million steps in 4 weeks
26 people from the corporation have participated in the Walk, do health and win! organised by the health prevention service, and all together have walked eight and a half million steps for four weeks, an equivalent distance to go from Barcelona to Athens and back.
Ercros staff celebrates a pétanque championship
About thirty members of the Joaquín Costa social group, from the Vila-seca II factory, celebrated in an autumn petanque championship, which was held on the municipal slopes of Vila-seca. The day combined competition, camaraderie and a lunch prepared on site, which allowed attendees to regain strength and enjoy a moment of conviviality.
