We collaborate in a sports event for the DANA victims
Ercros has collaborated in a charity championship of paddle tennis, aimed to obtain money to help those affected by the DANA in Valencia. Around 600 people participated in the competition and over 18,300 euros were raised.
The money raised was given to the Casa de Cantabria in Valencia for distribution among those affected. On behalf of Ercros, the responsible of industrial relations of the Almussafes factory, Xelo Aranda, attended the event.
The championship was held on the beach of El Sardinero in Santander, under the slogan Va por ti, Valencia. There were people who did not compete, but they still collaborated with the purchase of a bib.
Ercros employees who wished to do so also collaborated with the families affected by the DANA by delivering their corporate Christmas basket. 186 baskets were distributed through the Banco de Alimentos de Valencia.
