We participated in a solidarity march against cancer in Tarragona.

The staff of the Ercros’ Tarragona industrial complex (CIT) has been widely represented in the 9th March against cancer in Tarragona. 54 people, including workers and family members, participated in this solidarity initiative, whose objective is to raise funds for the Spanish Association against Cancer in Tarragona.

The March began and ended in the Parc del Francolí. The participants, who were able to choose between two routes, one of 7 kilometres and the other of 13 kilometres, had four hours to complete the walk. The day was nice, and the participants walked at a good pace, some even accompanied by their pets.

This is the second consecutive year that the CIT staff participates in this activity and thus consolidates their involvement in causes that promote health and solidarity.

Ercros workplaces are certified by the healthy organisation management system (Sigos) and promote the health and healthy lifestyle habits of staff.
