Francisco España Maraver

Professional trajectory

Born in Cornellà (Barcelona) in 1968. He holds a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Barcelona (UB); a PhD in Chemical Sciences, specialising in Chemical Engineering, from the same university, where he teaches in the chemical engineering department; and a Corporate MBA from Esade.

In 1998 he joined Ercros in the Innovation and Technology Department and, in 2006, he was appointed Director of Innovation and technology of the basic chemistry division.

Between 2014 and 2016, he was Industrial Director of the Basic Chemicals and Plastics Divisions and, in 2016, he held the same position in the Chlorine Derivatives division. In 2017, he was appointed Head of the Chlorine Derivatives Division.
