We certify compliance with our good governance

In 2024, Aenor reviewed the certificate of verification of compliance with the good corporate governance index (GCGI), with the highest rating, G++. This is the third time Ercros has received this certificate, which is valid for three years.

The purpose of the GCGI is to evaluate and identify improvement actions and make comparisons with other companies. This index is based on a model for evaluating and improving governance, in accordance with European regulations and the CNMV good governance code. The model has 180 indicators grouped into seven variables.

This certification is a powerful instrument to express the rigor and long-term commitment of Ercros in terms of governance.
