Quality products at the service of our customers
The quality requirements that Ercros applies, defined in the sustainability management system, are based on the international approval standard UNE–EN ISO 9001:2015. This standard has been implemented in all our production centers since 2009, as well as in the commercial departments of the different businesses, and is renewed every year after passing the audit by an external certifying company.
Ercros' production centers and commercial departments have ISO 9001 certification adapted to the latest update that was carried out in 2015. The current certification has been issued by Aenor International (the Spanish association for standardization and certification) and IQNet (the international certifying entity that brings together the main certifying organizations from different countries).
Each factory certifies the quality of the products it manufactures and markets, the design and development of its processes and the services it provides, as applicable.
