2023 dividend payment schedule

The Company informs that, in accordance with the application of the results of Ercros, S.A. corresponding to the financial year 2023 approved by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders held today, the distribution of the cash dividend charged to the 2023 profit, for an amount of 9.6 gross euro cents per share, will be carried out next July 10th.

All shares in circulation whose trading date is not later than July 5, 2024, will be entitled to receive said dividend, as long as the depositary entity of said shares has carried out the settlement with Iberclear no later than July 9, 2024, according to the following detail:

The amount of the dividend, once the legally applicable tax withholdings have been made in each case, will be paid in accordance with the provisions in force for depository entities, using the means that Iberclear has at its disposal. For this purpose, the entity Banco Santander, S.A. is appointed payment agent.
