Ercros’ business transparency, recognized by AECA

Ercros ha sido reconocida por la Asociación Española de Contabilidad y Administración de Empresas («AECA») por su transparencia empresarial, que distingue la calidad, accesibilidad, usabilidad, contenidos y presencia de la información difundida a través de su página web corporativa.

Ercros has been recognized by the Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (“AECA”) for its business transparency, which distinguishes the quality, accessibility, usability, content and presence of the information disseminated through its corporate website.

Specifically, Ercros has been a finalist in the Business Transparency Award, in the category of listed companies in the IBEX Medium and Small Cap indices.

The jury for this 19th edition has been made up of representatives from the Accounting and Auditing Institute (“ICAC”), the National Securities Market Commission (“CNMV”), the Bank of Spain and the Institute of Internal Auditors (“IAI”), among others.

This is the third time that Ercros has received an award from AECA, since in 2018 and 2014 it was also distinguished with the same award.

The objective of this award is to achieve a more efficient information market and promote transparency for companies. It is a highly valued award with prospects of being the benchmark in financial reporting, transparency and corporate governance.
