Ercros informa about the purchase of 78.000 treasury shares

The Company informs that, under the fifth program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between May 5 and 13, 2021, has carried out the purchase of 78.000 treasury shares.

Currently, the Company holds 1.090.500 treasury shares (1,08%).

It is attached as an annex the detail of the operations carried out during the aforementioned period.
