Ercros informs about the purchase of 349,172 treasury shares

The Company informs that, under the seventh program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between March 21 and 29, 2023, has carried out the purchase of 349,172 treasury shares as details in the following table.

Following these purchases, the Company holds 4,772,581 treasury shares representing 4.94% of the share capital.
