Ercros mobilizes for equality on International Women's Day

Ercros employees participated in the rallies that took place on March 8, on the occasion of International Women's Day, to demand equality and non-discrimination at work.

In the three centers of the Tarragona industrial complex, a manifesto was read in which support was expressed for the social movement that promotes the fight for women's labor rights. The letter recalled that at Ercros there is no type of discrimination between genders both in access to employment and in establishing the salary level or in professional promotion. Proof of this is the "Equality" award received in 2018 from the Federation of the Spanish Chemical Industry, which pointed out that equality is Ercros' first value in human resource management.

In most workplaces, groups of employees demonstrated symbolically at the access door.
