Ercros receives an award granted by the Tarragona Chamber of Commerce

Ercros has received the Internationalization Award, granted by the Tarragona Chamber of Commerce, for its work in foreign trade. The award was delivered this Thursday, October 17, by Jaime Malet, president of the United States Chamber of Commerce in Spain.

The director of the Ercros industrial complex in Tarragona, Joan Miquel Capdevila, was in charge of collecting the award, whose event was held at the headquarters of the Tarragona Chamber.

In the award ceremony, the export capacity of Ercros was recognized, highlighting the company sells almost the 50% of its sales abroad, mainly to the European Union, its main exports destination.

Ercros maintains a leading position in the main markets in which is present. Among the products manufactured in Tarragona, caustic soda and PVC stand out, taking both the ninth place of the European ranking; and polyols, taking the third place in the world market.
