Ercros renews the agreement with the IES de Flix on dual training

Ercros has renewed the collaboration agreement with the secondary school of Flix to develop the training cycle for the higher level of electrotechnical and automated systems in an alternating regime and with dual training between the educational center and the factory that the company has in this locality .

The renewal of the agreement was signed, on June 17, by the director of the Ercros factory, Jaime Molina, and the director of the institute, Mª del Mar Carranza, each from his office to maintain the security measures proposed before the COVID- 19.

To obtain this higher degree, the students will have to do a first course of theoretical education at the institute itself and will continue with a year of paid practice in the factory.

Both entities have a long experience of collaboration to promote the training of students from the Terres de l'Ebre. In 2017, they signed another agreement whereby the workers at the Flix factory could validate their years of experience and, receiving semi-face-to-face training, they attended training courses in electromechanical maintenance and automated systems.
