The mayor and two council members of Tortosa visit the Ercros factory

The Mayor of Tortosa, Jordi Jordán; the Councillor for Urban Planning and Economic Promotion, Pilar Caballé; and the Councillor for Youth and Sports and Second Deputy Mayor, Víctor Grau, visited the Ercros factory in that town on Monday to learn about its facilities and production process.

The mayor and councillors were received by Blanca Rius, director of the factory; Javier Fernandez, head of operations; and Joan Carles Galiana, head of industrial relations; and Ramón Jané and Teresa Camarasa, deputy industrial director and head of the R+D department of the intermediate chemicals division, respectively.

The visit began with a presentation on the operation of the centre and then a tour of its facilities.
