Sabiñánigo celebrates one and a half million hours worked without accidents

The Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo has reached the figure of one and a half million working hours without any accident resulting in sick leave among its own staff.

This outstanding achievement demonstrates the commitment of the factory's staff to occupational safety. The site is certified in occupational health and safety in accordance with ISO 45001.

The Sabiñánigo factory is part of Ercros' chlorine derivatives division. It directly employs around 230 people and exports 60% of its sales. The activity of this centre is the production of chlorine, caustic soda, chlorinated derivatives (sodium hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid), tablets for the treatment of swimming pool water and sodium chlorate and chlorite, as its main products.
