Cerdanyola adheres to the Program to fight against climate change
Ercros is also adhered to the Climate Action Commitments, both promoted by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The Ercros factory in Cerdanyola has adhered to the Program of voluntary agreements for the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, promoted by the Climate Change Office of the Generalitat de Catalunya. This program offers support and recognition to those companies that are actively committed to the fight against climate change. With its adhesion, the Cerdanyola factory undertakes, on a voluntary basis, to monitor its GHG emissions and to establish measures to reduce them.
To curb global warming, since 2020 Ercros has also adhered to the Generalitat's Climate Action Commitments, through which the company has committed to achieving neutrality in GHG emissions before 2050.
