Daniel Ripley Soria

Professional career

Daniel Ripley Soria was born in 1970 in Alicante. He holds a degree in Law and Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and has been a state lawyer since 1998.

In 2003, he joined the law firm Uría Menéndez, where he has been a partner since 2005.

Mr. Ripley Soria's professional activity has been focused on business consultancy, in matters relating to the relationship between companies and public administrations in their different forms, in matters related to corporate law, the securities market and other regulated sectors.

He previously worked as a state lawyer in the regional legal service of the Tax Agency in Catalonia.

In the area of teaching, he has been an associate lecturer in civil law at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona since 2002.

He is a non-member secretary of the board of directors of several industrial companies.
