Ercros foresees to obtain a profit of 23 million in the first half

Barcelona
Ercros expects to achieve an ebitda of EUR 37 million and a profit of EUR 23 million in the first six months of 2017. This forecast means increasing ebitda by 9.5% and the profit of the first half of 2016 by 17.1%.

The estimate has been made on the basis of the results closed at the month of May and the market visibility in June. In the second quarter of this year, Ercros has maintained an activity profile in line with that of the first three months of the year, in which the strength shown by most of our markets has allowed to consolidate the sales volume. Also, the increase in the prices of our products has led to an improvement in margins, even in the current context of rising costs of major supplies and procurements.
