Ercros informs about the purchase of 165,620 treasury shares
The Company informs that, under the fifth program of repurchase of treasury shares, during the period between April 17 and 23, 2020, has carried out the purchase of 165,620 treasury shares.
Since the program began until yesterday, the Company has disbursed 8,735 thousand euros, an amount that completes the expected payout with a charge to the 2019 profit. Currently, the Company holds 3,944,584 treasury shares (3.76%).
