Ercros informs about the purchase of 343,500 treasury shares

The Company informs that, under the seventh program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between March 10 and 20, 2023, has carried out the purchase of 343,500 treasury shares as details in the following table.

Following these purchases, the Company holds 4,423,409 treasury shares representing 4.58% of the share capital.
