Ercros informs about the purchase of 81,000 treasury shares

The Company informs that, under the sixth program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between July 30 and August 9, 2021, has carried out the purchase of 81,000 treasury shares.

Currently, the Company holds 1,536,037 treasury shares (1.52%).

It is attached as an annex the detail of the operations carried out during the aforementioned period.
