Ercros informs about the purchase of 82,388 treasury shares

The Company informs that, under the sixth program for the repurchase of treasury shares to be redeemed, during the period between August 19 and 27, 2021 has carried out the purchase of 82,388 treasury shares.
Currently, the Company holds 1,713,425 treasury shares (1.70%).
It is attached as an annex the detail of the operations carried out during the aforementioned period.
