Ercros, Innovation Award by the Chamber of Commerce of Tortosa

Ercros has received the Cambra de Tortosa 2024 Award in the Innovation category, awarded by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Services of Tortosa.

The award is a recognition of the company for its track record in the field of R+D and engineering and, more specifically, for the improvement of manufacturing processes, research and development of new products, as well as technical and analytical support.

The Ercros manager of the Tortosa factory (Tarragona), Blanca Rius, collected the award from the president of the Chamber, Francesc Faiges. Also present at the event were Joan Carles Galiana, head of Industrial Relations at the factory, the regional minister of Enterprise and Employment, Miquel Sàmper, and the mayor of the town, Jordi Jordan.

The Chamber of Tortosa award recognizes the business activity carried out by local companies; encourages the work they do to enrich the industrial, commercial and tourist sectors of the Ebro regions; fosters the adoption of a new business culture based on innovation and the adoption of environmentally friendly production processes and enhances the self-esteem of the business local community and its internationalization.
