Ercros participates in the awards ceremony of the X(p)rimenta 2023

Ercros has sponsored and actively collaborated in the XIII X(p)rimenta 2023 Audiovisual Scientific Communication Award, organised by the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation (FCRI) and the Catalan Association of Scientific Communication.

This eagerly awaited annual competition aims to recognise and reward the best videos that showcase the scientific experiments carried out by students at all levels of education, from primary to secondary school and training courses, of Catalonia and Valencia.

Participation in this edition has been great, with 151 videos submitted, 47% more than last year. These videos were the result of the work of around 500 students and 76 teachers from 74 schools. 23 of the videos submitted to the competition belonged to the primary school category, 92 to secondary school and 36 to high school and vocational training.
After a demanding selection process, the jury has carefully selected 33 videos that have reached the final phase.

Eight of the videos have been presented by schools located in towns where Ercros has factories and with which the company collaborates: the Forat del Vent secondary school in Cerdanyola has presented three videos; the Enric Grau i Fontserè school in Flix, two; the Ebre secondary school in Tortosa, two; and the Vicente Blasco Ibáñez vocational training centre in Valencia, one.
