Ercros reports on the purchase of 403,000 treasury shares

The Company reports that, under the fifth share repurchase program to amortize, during the period between March 24 and April 1, 2020, has carried out the purchase of 403,000 treasury shares.

At present, the Company holds 3,296,964 treasury shares (3.14%).
