Maximum decision-making body
The general shareholders' meeting is the highest decision-making body of the Company in matters within its competence and represents all shareholders.
Ercros implements measures to facilitate and encourage shareholder participation in the meeting, such as online participation in the meeting, early voting and payment of an attendance premium.
The ordinary shareholders' meeting must be held within the first six months of each financial year to approve the company's management, the previous year's accounts and to decide on the appropriation of profits. An extraordinary general meeting may also be held at the discretion of the board of directors or at the request of shareholders representing at least 5% of the share capital.
The resolutions of the shareholders' meeting must be complied with by the shareholders. Shareholders holding at least 10 shares are entitled to attend the meeting.
