Cerdanyola participates in the business mentoring program Talent Factory

Ercros participates in the Cerdanyola Talent Factory business mentoring program, promoted by the city council of this town, whose aim is to foster entrepreneurial talent among young students.

The Ercros factory in Cerdanyola tutors two high school students from the Forat del Vent Institute, guiding them in the preparation of a business plan that will be presented in a competition in which the best idea of young entrepreneurship in the locality will be chosen.

Ramón Jané and Àngel Domínguez, director and head of industrial relations at the Cerdanyola factory, are in charge of evaluating and guiding the students' project, a project that consists of setting up an alternative food company based on the consumption of insects.
