Creation of a management entity in the industrial area of Almussafes

The Almussafes City Council, represented by its mayor, Antonio González, and the management and modernization entity ("EGM") of the Almussafes North Industrial Estate, represented by the president of its board and director of the Ercros factory, Ramón Collado, signed , on Tuesday, December 17, the framework agreement for the creation of the EGM of this industrial area.

The objectives of said EGM are:

1. Promote that the polygon has the infrastructures, endowments and services necessary for the development of economic activities; and improve the management and quality of industrial land and the competitiveness of companies.
2. Promote public-private collaboration in the management and improvement of existing infrastructures and services, and contribute to the implementation of new endowments that provide greater added value.
3. Contribute more efficiently to the conservation, maintenance, expansion and improvement of the infrastructures, endowments and services of the industrial estate.
