Ercros highlights the progress of women in the chemical industry

Belén Brota, responsible of the technical, quality, and environmental department at Ercros' Tarragona industrial complex, took part in the discussion panel on the role of women in the chemical industry, together with other leading participants from the sector.

In her speech, Belén Brota referred to Ercros' commitment to gender equality, which is demonstrated by the company's actions to promote equality and fight against discrimination, and its support for work-life balance.

The event was organised by the Rovira i Virgili University, in collaboration with the Global Women Breakfast of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry.
