Yale University students visit the Tarragona industrial complex

The Tarragona Industrial Complex (“CIT”) of Ercros has once again opened its doors to welcome a group of 30 students from Yale University (USA). The group is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious Yale School of Management and, as part of their studies, is traveling across Europe to expand their knowledge of international business environments.
During the visit, the students toured various facilities within the complex. The visit began at the Tarragona factory, where they were welcomed by Mario Lorenzo, Head of Human Resources at CIT. Following this, Gonzalo Quintilla, Head of Operations at Vila-seca II, gave a presentation on the industrial complex. The group then moved on to the Vila-seca II factory, where Gonzalo Quintilla himself guided them through the site.
The visit was tailored to the students' profile. On this occasion, the group consisted of individuals with an average age of 30 and prior work experience.
As a token of appreciation for the visit, the Yale School of Management made a donation on behalf of Ercros to the Fundació Recerca of Sant Joan de Déu Hospital. Ercros appreciates this commendable act of solidarity.
