Ercros, with local employment in Aranjuez

The Ercros factory in Aranjuez has participated, along with other local companies and associations, in a meeting of the local Employment Board, organized by the City Council of this town. The local employment board is a platform made up of private organizations and public entities that develop activities in favour of employment in the municipality of Aranjuez.

Juan Ignacio Ledesma, head of industrial relations at the Aranjuez factory, was the representative of Ercros at the event. At the meeting, organisations and entities such as the Red Cross, Caritas and the Public Employment Service of the Community of Madrid presented their portfolio of services, including occupational workshops, the employment agency and training courses.

At the end of the event, a colloquium was established in which the companies present highlighted the problems they have in finding qualified personnel and the problems of talent retention suffered by the industrial sector of the town.
