Ercros participates in a dual training day in Tortosa

Ercros took part in a dual vocational training (FP dual) day organised by the l'Ebre secondary school in Tortosa with the aim of informing students about the in-company training and employment opportunities offered by the Ercros.

Joan Carles Galiana, head of industrial relations at the Ercros factory in Tortosa, was the company's representative at the event, which was attended by the education department of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the most important companies in the Baix Ebre region.

Dual vocational training is an education modality in which schools and companies take joint responsibility for the training of students. Students alternate their instruction time between the educational centre and the company.

Ercros welcomes vocational training and dual university education students at its factories in Aranjuez, Monzón, Sabiñánigo, the Tarragona complex and at the corporation's offices in Barcelona. In 2022, 64 students from different training modalities carried out their internships at the company.
