Ercros receives an award in the 8th Cerdanyola Empresarial Night

Ercros received the Internationalization award last Thursday, November 21, at the 8th edition of the Cerdanyola Empresarial Night, celebrated at the Hotel Campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and attended by more than 200 people.

Ercros factory director in Cerdanyola, Ángel Punzano, and moulding compounds product manager, Francesco Bianchi, received the prize awarded by the Cerdanyola Empresarial Association. An award that recognizes the export capacity of the Cerdanyola factory, which sells 85% of its production abroad.

The Cerdanyola plant, with a workforce of one hundred workers, has been manufacturing mouldings compounds since 1945 and form there about 25,000 tons of 300 different compounds are exported to more than 60 countries around the world, a fact that makes Ercros one of the first producers worldwide.
