The factory in Monzón delivers kilos of solidarity to Caritas

The Ercros factory in Monzón has joined two solidarity campaigns to collect food promoted by Caritas Diocesana Barbastro Monzón.

On the one hand, the workers of the center have collected 180 kilos of food for breakfast and snacks, following the specific request made by Caritas. These foods will be served to children and young people who participate in socio-educational activities of social integration, such as classes for school reinforcement, language immersion or free time activities.
Felipe Barranco, representing the Monzón factory staff, was in charge of delivering the food to a volunteer from the solidarity organization.

On the other hand, the Monzón factory has also joined the Solidarity Menus campaign, promoted again by Caritas, which aims to deliver 150 dinners for Christmas Eve and 200 meals for Three Kings Day to vulnerable families in the town.

On this occasion, Rafael Mancho, head of the centre participated in the presentation of the solidarity campaign; an event that was broadcast live by the local media.
