San Alberto Magno and Río Aragón institutes visit the Sabiñánigo factory
More than 80 students, accompanied by their teachers and family volunteers, have visited the Ercros factory in Sabiñánigo. A centre with a long tradition of educational vocation and that experiences these visits as a great opportunity to dialogue with its neighbourhood community.
On the one hand, there have been three groups of students and teachers from the fourth year of ESO and the first and second years of high school from the San Alberto Magno Institute from Sabiñánigo who have visited the factory. And, on the other, it has been a group of second of the ESO of the Centro Rural Agrupado Río Aragón from Ansó and Hecho (Huesca).
The visits began with an explanation from Ercros technical personnel about the company, its manufacturing centres and its productive activity. Afterwards, the groups went to the hydrogen peroxide, sodium chlorate and chlorine-caustic soda plants to learn about the manufacturing process of these products.
