Two students mentored by Ercros win the Cerdanyola Talent Factory

The high school students of the Forat del Vent institute, Laura Pérez and Mar Gonzalez, mentored by Ercros, have won the second prize of the Cerdanyola Talent Factory contest, which recognizes the young entrepreneurial talent of the city.  

Ramón Jané and Àngel Dominguez, director and head of communication at the Cerdanyola factory, have been in charge of helping the students in the development of their entrepreneurship project: Éntomos, an innovative food business based on the consumption of insects, which includes a sales app and diet plans based on these foods.

Ramón Jané was in charge of presenting the Éntomos project during the awards ceremony, which was chaired by Carlos Cordón, mayor of Cerdanyola. Jané highlighted the originality of the proposal of the students of the IES Forat del Vent and the high quality of the work carried out. 

The awarded students will enjoy a trip to Brussels where they will be able to visit institutions and organizations related to entrepreneurship and innovation at European level.
