Recycled PVC to create more efficient windows

Ercros leads an R&D program whose objective is to develop a new 'circular' compound injectable into an inner layer of PVC profiles, to increase their insulation

The European Union, through its European Circular Economy Strategy for plastics, has set the goal that by 2030 all plastic packaging will be 100% recyclable. In the shorter term, in 2025, the objective is to achieve a minimum percentage of 25%. To achieve these objectives, Ercros is developing new formulations of PVC compounds that incorporate these recycling percentages.
