Ways to reward our shareholders

Ercros' shareholder remuneration policy contemplates two ways of remunerating shareholders: the payment of dividends and the purchase of treasury shares for redemption.

Ercros have paid out more than 123 million in shareholder remuneration

Since Ercros launched its shareholder remuneration policy in 2016 until 2023, it has paid out 123.2 million euros, of which 52 million euros have been allocated to dividend payments and the remaining 73.5 million euros to the purchase of treasury shares.

Application of the fiscal year benefit

In 2020 and 2024 the conditions contemplated in the shareholder remuneration policy were not met, which is why it was not possible to distribute a dividend or purchase own shares to amortize against the profit for the year.
