Since the share remuneration policy was implemented in 2016, Ercros has been buying back its own shares to withdraw them from the market through capital reductions as a way of remunerating its shareholders.
Within the framework of this policy, Ercros has carried out six capital reductions to date, in which it has redeemed 22.7 million shares.
