We extend the training to stakeholders
Ercros' commitment to training includes not only its own employees but also the training of external stakeholders.
The training of our own staff is key to maintaining competitiveness and achieving safe work; in this sense, we try to make people's expectations compatible with the needs and availability of the company. External personnel who work regularly in our centres also participate in training activities, especially those related to prevention and health.
We train the intervention forces (fire brigade, police, etc.) to familiarise them with the facilities and products we handle, and we organise emergency drills in which personnel from other organisations or neighbouring companies are also involved. In the context of product stewardship, we train transporters and suppliers, and we work with the educational community and research centres to contribute to the training of future employees.
