We work for equality
At Ercros we have equality policies and plans, we ensure non-discrimination on the grounds of gender, we are committed to increasing the presence of women in our work centres, we ensure family reconciliation and we have a zero tolerance policy for all forms of violence against women.
Women in Ercros
The percentage of women in Ercros staff is around 18%, but the percentage of female operators is much lower. On the other hand, administrative and technical women are close to parity.
The distribution of the workforce by age and gender confirms that the generational changeover is leading to a greater presence of women: the younger the age group, the higher the proportion of women.
In no professional category is the average gender pay gap higher than 25%, the percentage above which gender pay discrimination can legally be considered to exist.
