PVC compounds: adding value to PVC
The factory in Monzón (Huesca) is dedicated to the research and production of technologically and environmentally advanced polymers, such as:
- PVC compounds, marketed under the Etinox brand, which are formulated by adding additives to PVC resin to give it its own characteristics (rigidity, flexibility, outdoor use, food use, etc.), depending on the end product for which they are intended. The PVC used by the Monzón factory comes from the Vila-seca II factory, also owned by Ercros.
- ErcrosBio and ErcrosFlex biopolymers.
- It also markets UPVP and UPVC compounds (flexible and rigid), to be used by extrusion and injection moulding.
Monzón is part of the chlorine derivatives division of Ercros and started its activity in 1952.
